We are subscribers to the GTA. The General Terms of Agreement for the credit hire industry is a voluntary agreement between subscribing credit hire companies and insurers. We charge industry approved rates for the provision of all standard vehicles and adhere to the documented framework. This ensures that claim costs are mitigated, resulting in reduced friction at settlement and limited need for litigation.

Where we recommend our clients to a solicitor, we may receive a payment from that solicitor as a recommendation fee on acceptance of their claim.
